| WILLIAM HORACE PERRY, 78, of 13325 Bold Run Hill Road, died Saturday, February 18, 2006. He was born in Franklin County, the son of the late Betty Lou Bailey Perry and Otha B. Perry and was retired from CCF (Central Carolina Farmers) and FCX (Farmer Cooperative Exchange). Following his retirement he was a school bus driver for the Wake County School System and then went on to work for Bright Funeral Home for the past 16 years. He was also a member of Stony Hill Baptist Church and the Wake Forest Masonic Lodge #282 A.F.& A.M. Mr. Perry is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nelva Woodlief Perry; daughter, Diane Perry Pearson and husband Doug of Wake Forest; grandchildren, Jana Pearson and John Pearson both of Wake Forest; sisters, Laura Rock of Butner and Hilda Brogden of Creedmoor; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Perry of Rocky Mount and Lucile Perry of Raleigh; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Vernon Perry and Alton Perry; sisters, Marguerite Lennon and Mabel Bailey. |

| New ISO Rating |

| Stony Hill Fire Department has received a new ISO Rating. Stony Hill has been able to achieve an ISO Rating of 6 which goes in effect June 1 . Their old rating was a 9. This new rating will give Stony Hill Residents approximately 15% to 20% savings on their Homeowners Insurance. Thanks to all the members that helped to get this new rating. |

| Stony Hill Annual Christmas Dinner will be held on Saturday Dec 3 from 18:30 to 21:00 at Wake Forest Civic Center. Full Dress Uniform Long Sleeve Shirt and tie. Signup sheet is at SH Station 1 on the Training Bulletin Board in the Training Room. Please come by and sign up. Last date to sign up for the Dinner is November 21. |

| Former Charter Member Bervin Woodlief passed away at the age of 95, Sunday afternoon, September 11, 2005 at Hillside Nursing Center. He was born in Wake County son of the late Sarah Powell Woodlief and Aubrey Woodlief, Sr. and was preceded in death by his wife Garland Bailey Woodlief. He was a retired farmer. Funeral services will be held 11 o'clock Tuesday morning, September 13 2005 at Stony Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Jamie Dew officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Mr. Woodlief is survived by his daughters, Nelva W. Perry of Wake Forest, Iola W. Dew of Wake Forest and Cornell W. Chappell of Raleigh; sons, L.T. Woodlief and Douglas E. "Tom" Woodlief both of Wake Forest; sisters, Nadine Bradley of Cana, VA, Clina Wheeler of Durham, Lavoy Adams of Bethesda and Gaynelle Tilley of Rocky Mount; a brother, Aubrey Woodlief, Jr. of Wake Forest; eight grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. |

| Stony Hill has added a Fire Prevention Class Request Form to the Fire Safety Web page, this will allow the public in our District to request one of 4 Fire Prevention Classes. Stony Hill also added a Birthday Party Request Form, this also allows the public in our District to request Stony Hill to bring a Fire Truck to their Birthday Party. Check them out.
